A change in brand perception can only accompany a change in the brand experience. We want to uncover and reveal the moments you provided the best brand experiences. To do so, we ask three central questions.

Who are you?
Our creative strategy team attempts to answer this question ourselves by auditing and examining all digital and physical marketing materials, the collected artifacts from previous campaigns, and by studying the market.

Who do you want to be?
The answer will need your full participation, to learn your strategy and vision. Brand strategy follows business strategy, so we need to know where the ship is going.

How are you perceived?
This question may require qualitative research in the marketplace and with employee groups. We need to audit all reviews and interview key stakeholders. We hope to speak freely to promoters and detractors among your customers. We will seek out industry insiders, competitors and prospects.

We generally present the findings of these three questions in our assumptions round. This leads naturally to the development of authentic brand identity systems.
