We were delighted to support OHSU Salem Health in the pre-COVID years. This was a wonderful Emoji campaign showcasing the most common questions for urgent care services versus emergency care. These questions are still as relevant today as they were in 2017.

At a glance, Emoji are friendly, supportive, online, modern, and help simplify complex ideas through trustworthy communication. The Emoji set engaged viewers to help them differentiate Urgent Care from the Emergency Room.

It was important that each Emoji be accompanied by an engaging speech bubble sharing the core conflict. This provided context for viewers to recognize that the Emoji was part of a text conversation. Without this context, Emojis would have been just ordinary, unsophisticated graphics.
